I graduated from West Chester University and have built a career rooted in family, community, and service. Before becoming a State Farm agent 10 years ago, I worked in my familys legal supplies business, where I learned the value of hard work and taking care of people. Outside of the office, Ive been a longtime husband, father, and now grandfather, and Ive enjoyed giving back to the community through 15 years of coaching youth football.

RESPONSIBILITIES:- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
