Our client, a dynamic staffing firm, is seeking an Office Assistant/Receptionist to join their team. As an Office Assistant/Receptionist, you will be part of the administrative support team, ensuring smooth operations and a welcoming environment for clients and candidates. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a friendly demeanor which will align successfully in the organization.

**What's the Job?**
+ Greet clients, candidates, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
+ Answer and direct phone calls, taking accurate messages when necessary.
+ Manage and schedule appointments, interviews, and meetings for staff and clients.
+ Assist in the preparation of documentation for candidates, including forms and interview schedules.
+ Provide general office support, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
**What's Needed?**
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
+ Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
+ Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative support role is preferred.
