Description We are looking for an organized and friendly Receptionist to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. In this contract role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a detail-oriented and welcoming experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage multi-line phone systems to direct calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Greet visitors and clients with care and ensuring a positive first impression.
- Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain records and update systems as required.
- Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars to ensure smooth operations.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files for easy retrieval and compliance.
- Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to create documents, track data, and manage communications.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support administrative needs and streamline office processes. Requirements - Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems and directing calls effectively.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Experience in data entry with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Familiarity with email management and correspondence using Microsoft Outlook.
- Competency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office software applications.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage files and appointments effectively.
- Strong interpersonal abilities to interact with clients, visitors, and team members.
