Responsible for quickly answering high volume of incoming phone calls and transferring to the appropriate destination for support. Provides excellent customer service by maintaining professional and clear communication with internal and external customers.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Answer high volume of incoming phone calls and determine caller's needs in order route to the appropriate destination
+ Adhere to all processes and talk tracks
+ Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external customers
+ Take messages and document call back requests as needed
+ Alert leadership of any customer issues or common concerns
+ Handle difficult external and internal customers effectively and professionally
+ Perform additional project work as assigned by leadership
**Qualifications**
**Education/Certification:**
+ **High School graduate**
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
**Experience:**
+ **Prior experience with a multiline phone system**
**Skills/Abilities:**
+ **Excellent verbal communication skills**
+ **Strong customer service skills**
+ **Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment**
+ **Good telephone skills**
+ **Well organized**
+ **Cooperative and willing to work with others**
+ **Customer friendly attitude**
