About the Role
The Ledger Law Firm is hiring a professional, friendly, and organized Receptionist to join our Dallas Division. This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Uptown Dallas office. As the first point of contact for our firm, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming experience for clients, visitors, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and care

• Answer and direct phone calls with a clear and courteous demeanor

• Manage mail, deliveries, and incoming correspondence

• Assist with scheduling and maintaining conference room calendars

• Support office staff with clerical tasks as needed

• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a professional office environment (law firm or medical office a plus)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Friendly, calm, and polished presence—especially under pressure

• Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with law office software a plus

• Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
