We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a positive manner and greet people who visit the Firm with enthusiasm
• Coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls
• Assist other administrative staff with various duties
• Provide administrative support across the organization to managers and partners as directed by the Office Manager
• Execute all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.

• Flexibility to work overtime on an as needed basis
• Relevant experience supporting executives in a professional services environment

• Excellent technology skills including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to communicate with clients fluently in English and Spanish verbally and in writing
• Time management skills - ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Ability to work overtime as needed
