Our client in Flower Mound, a leader in the air freight industry, is seeking a Receptionist!
**Job Title:** Receptionist
**Location:** Flower Mound, TX
**Pay Range:** $18 per hour
**Shift** : M-F 8am-5pm
**What's the Job?**
Check visitors in and confirm ID's and assign visitor badges.
- Scanning
- Entering Fedex shipments through Fedex Manager
- Monitoring emails
- Confirming delivery orders (Uline, Office Depot, etc.)
- Pick up daily mail.
- Perform any department specific responsibilities as defined by the Office Manager
**What's Needed?**
+ Excellent communication skills (verbal and written); communicates clearly and concisely to obtain positive results.
+ Pro-active; strong planning and organizational skills.
+ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
+ 1 to 2+ years of experience as a receptionist
+ Accuracy in processing emails
+ MS Office
+ Availability to work Monday to Friday
