As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
Responsibilities:
• Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Manage incoming calls efficiently while maintaining effective phone etiquette.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with staff to optimize daily workflows.
• Verify insurance information and update records accurately.
• Perform check-in procedures for clients and assist with any inquiries.
• Handle billing tasks, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Utilize Epic software to maintain and manage client documentation.
• Execute photocopying, scanning, and filing of documents as needed.
• Assist with general receptionist duties, including maintaining a tidy reception area.
• Review and process incoming correspondence to ensure proper distribution.
• Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Strong proficiency with Epic software and other office applications.
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage scheduling and billing tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with verifying insurance and handling related documentation.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
• Skilled in photocopying, scanning, and maintaining organized records.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
