Description We are looking for a Receptionist to become a part of our team located in Montgomery, Alabama. The selected individual will play a crucial role in our organization, ensuring effective communication and quick resolution of requests and queries. You will be working in a dynamic environment where your organizational skills will be highly appreciated. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Managing all incoming calls through a multi-line phone system, ensuring detail oriented and efficient communication
- Delivering high-quality customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Carrying out data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy, updating and maintaining customer records
- Handling email correspondence effectively, responding to emails in a timely manner
- Distributing mail across different departments efficiently
- Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word to manage tasks and correspondence
- Organizing files systematically for easy access and retrieval
- Scheduling appointments accurately and ensuring all parties are informed of changes in a timely manner. Requirements - Proficiency in answering and managing a multi-line phone system
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Experience in accurate data entry
- Ability to handle email correspondence professionally
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and team members
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook for email and calendar management
- Experience with Microsoft Word for document creation and editing
- Ability to organize files systematically for easy access and retrieval
