• Support scheduling needs by coordinating appointments and maintaining calendars.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
• Utilize Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, to complete daily tasks efficiently.
• Uphold a high standard of customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
