Who are we? We are a disability and personal injury firm in Pensacola, Florida, that works with three categories of clients: (1) claimants who have been denied long term disability benefits from an insurance company; (2) claimants who have been denied disability insurance benefits from the Social Security Administration; and (3) claimants who have been injured in an accident.
We are building a team of smart, funny and motivated people to help grow the law firm into one of the leading disability law firms in the United States and one of the leading injury law firms in Northwest Florida.

- We need an amazing receptionist to help us on this journey.
- With our call volume, we need you to answer the phone with compassion and professionalism.
- We need you to have a heart and enjoy working with people.
- We also have walk-in traffic. We need you to be friendly and welcoming to existing clients and prospective clients to the firm.
- We need you to not be afraid to get on the phone and talk to clients and referral sources.
- We need you to be diligent and organized.
- We will welcome your input on the firm’s policies and procedures for communicating with clients, prospective clients, and referral sources.
- We need you to take charge of your job and make sure that you are worth the high expectations you have for yourself.
Preferences
- Office experience preferred. We would like to see that you’ve worked in an office environment and are familiar with answering the phone, using computer software such as Microsoft Word, etc.
- Experience working for a disability or injury law attorney is highly preferable, but not required
- Comprehension of office management systems and procedures
- Experience in following law firm checklists and systems is preferred, but not required
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (including Word and Excel), Gmail, and basic cloud-based software
Requirements
- We need you to have superb concentration. If you are easily distracted, this job is not for you.
- We need you to communicate effectively and let us know what you’re doing, when you’re doing it, and in some cases, how you’re doing it.
- Proficiency in English
- Exemplary planning and time management skills
- Up-to-date with advancements in office gadgets and applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize your daily workload
- Ability to follow checklists and systems
- High level verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality

Benefits
You will be on a paid, full time two-week trial, in which we will train you. You will evaluate if my firm is right for you, and we will do the same.
This position is full time, 40 hours per week, and the following benefits are available:
