Salary/Hourly Rate:
$18/hr
Position Overview:
The Receptionist plays a crucial role, serving as the first point of contact for patients and staff. They will ensure a smooth operation at the front desk and manage various administrative tasks. The schedule is as follows: Monday - Friday from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm. This is a temporary role to cover a leave of absence for 2 - 3 months.

Responsibilities of the Receptionist:
- Greet patients and ensure they are checked in properly.
- Work with patients directly to collect and verify insurance documentation.
- Make outbound phone calls to schedule upcoming appointments.
- Maintain office inventory levels.
- Report directly to the Provider onsite and ensure that all patients have a seamless experience.
Required Experience/Skills for the Receptionist:
- Multitasker and must be able to work well under high pressure.
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting is highly desired.
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor is a must!
- Comfortable working a temporary assignment for 2 - 3 months.
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma is required.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
