Description
Our client is in need of a Receptionist in San Antonio, Texas, 78220 area. The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for the office, making an impact on our operations by providing excellent customer service, managing our multi-line phone system, and maintaining our office's organization.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial contact for all incoming calls and visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Effectively route calls to appropriate individuals or teams.
- Handle scheduling of appointments and meetings.
- Oversee the organization and maintenance of files.
- Manage email correspondence, ensuring prompt and detail-oriented responses.
- Efficiently perform data entry tasks, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Regularly check and distribute incoming mail.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) to complete daily tasks and projects.
- Continually provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Requirements - Proficiency in answering multi-line phone system
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to perform accurate data entry tasks
- Experience with email correspondence
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Experience in organizing files
