Description We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. As a key point of contact for visitors and callers, you will ensure smooth communication and efficient operations in a fast-paced environment. This is a Contract position with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors courteously and direct them to the appropriate individuals or departments.
- Manage and operate a multi-line phone system, including answering inbound calls promptly.
- Handle switchboard operations for phone systems with 1 to 10 lines.
- Provide accurate information to callers and assist with inquiries in both English and Spanish.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a welcoming environment.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments as needed.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document organization.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless office operations. Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience as a receptionist in a detail-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in operating multi-line phone systems and switchboard operations.
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
