We are currently seeking a professional, friendly, and detail-oriented Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Schedule appointments and manage calendars as needed
Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and email correspondence
Support other departments with clerical tasks as requested
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree a plus
Proven work experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
