Do you love making people feel welcome? Can you turn a stressful dental visit into a positive experience with just a friendly hello? Smiles By Design is searching for a Front Desk Superstar to join our upbeat, supportive team!

What You’ll Do

• Greet every patient with a warm, genuine smile (bonus points for contagious positivity!)

• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage our calendar like a pro

• Check patients in and out, help with forms, and verify dental insurance information when needed

• Keep our waiting area tidy and inviting—think of it as your own living room!

• Handle patient records with care and confidentiality

• Collect payments and process billing with accuracy when needed

• Support our dental team with day-to-day office tasks

• Tackle the occasional dental pun or joke (we love to laugh!)

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, outgoing attitude and a passion for helping others

• Excellent communication and multitasking skills

• Previous front desk or customer service experience in a dental office or have worked in a dental office prior

• Comfortable with computers and Eaglesoft

• Team player who thrives in a fun, fast-paced environment
