**Job Title:** **Recruiting Coordinator**
**Location:** **Richmond Hill, GA (Onsite)**
**Pay Range:** **$26.80 - $34.00 per hour**
**What's the Job?**
+ Temporary assignment
+ Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for manufacturing and industrial positions
+ Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
+ Manage candidate pipelines and provide regular updates on recruitment progress
+ Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools to streamline processes
**What's Needed?**
+ **Manufacturing recruiting experience** (required)
+ At least **one coordinator with maintenance/industrial recruiting experience**
+ **Bachelor's degree strongly preferred**
+ **Full-cycle recruiting experience strongly preferred**
+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills
+ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a high-volume recruiting environment
+ Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office
