**** **What You'll Do**
+ Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles
+ Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent
+ Partner closely with hiring managers and account managers to understand job requirements
+ Manage the full recruitment lifecycle-from initial outreach to onboarding
+ Conduct reference checks, coordinate interviews, and support offer processes
+ Maintain accurate candidate documentation and compliance within internal systems
+ Provide an exceptional candidate experience through consistent communication and support
+ Collaborate with your team to meet weekly and monthly performance goals

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oklahoma City, OK.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $50356.80 - $50356.80/yr.
Consistent shift schedules (Mon-Fri ~7:30-16:00) with minimal overtime.
Benefits package includes:
Employer-paid healthcare (medical, dental, vision)
11 paid holidays, 10 vacation days, 7 sick days
Additional health-and-welfare stipend (~$6/hr for some roles).
Annual bonuses (up to 6%), 21 days PTO, and 401(k) matching available for corporate or HR roles
**Workplace Type**
This is a fully onsite position in Oklahoma City,OK.
