Here's how a Recruiter for PCL Construction Services, Inc. within US Head Office contributes to our team:
**Responsibilities**
+ Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for senior level, complex and high-impact roles.
+ Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
+ Utilize diverse sourcing methods, including passive candidate outreach and talent pipeline development.
+ Facilitate interviews, debriefs, and offer negotiations, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process.
+ Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with hiring policies.
+ Stay informed about industry trends and labor market conditions to inform recruitment strategies.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
+ Minimum of 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in both corporate and agency settings.
+ Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and influence hiring decisions.
+ Experience with various ATS platforms and proficiency in sourcing tools.
+ Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
+ Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry.
+ LinkedIn Certified Professional - Recruiter designation.
+ Familiarity with SAP/SuccessFactors or similar HRMS systems.
+ Expertise in employer branding and social recruiting strategies.
