Ro Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team at a Veterans Home in Arizona. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, therapeutic, and hygienic environment while delivering professional nursing care, treatments, and services according to prescribed standards.




Details:

• 6pm-6:30am
• rotating schedule
• weekends as needed
• part-time or per diem

Qualifications:

• at least 6 months of RN experience required but 1 year is preferred
• Registered Nurse (RN) with a strong understanding of geriatric care and nursing procedures.
• Nursing Home experience is a plus!
• Ability to supervise and train staff in a healthcare setting.
• Experience with AMS or similar management systems is a plus.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-focused care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assessing residents' health status and developing care plans.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Supervising LPNs and CNAs, ensuring quality care.
• Performing wound care, IV therapy, and catheter management.
• Monitoring and documenting changes in residents' conditions.
• Coordinating care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Educating residents and families on health conditions and care plans.
• Responding to medical emergencies and implementing interventions.
• Ensuring compliance with facility policies and state regulations.
