Job Summary and Qualifications

Inpatient Rehab is a 16 bed unit with an average length of stay around 10-14 days. We provide rehabilitation services for patients recovering from a wide range of injuries and conditions. Our multidisciplinary team works with patients and their physicians to create customized treatment plans to help them get back to the activities they love. At MMC we pride ourselves on providing compassionate, safe, and quality care, while instilling a nursing culture where teamwork, recognition, decision-making, and driving outcomes start at the bedside. Menorah is recognized by the ANCC as a Pathway to Excellence Designated facility which represents a positive work environment where nurses can flourish. Our shared leadership structure creates a vision for the culture and strives to instill that vision in the nurses at the bedside. Each department has a designated clinical nurse educator with many options for career mapping and growth!

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• (RN) Registered Nurse
• Registered Nurse Diploma, or Associate Degree, or Bachelors Degree
