Kelly Government Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse PRN to support a dedicated Occupational Medical Service team in Hamilton, MT. This PRN role involves delivering confidential medical services to employees, including clinical care, health promotion activities, and administrative responsibilities. You’ll collaborate with safety professionals and researchers to provide high-quality care in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform medical evaluations, triage emergencies, and provide clinical care, including wound treatment, medication administration, phlebotomy, EKGs, and blood glucose monitoring.
- Conduct pre-placement medical exams, such as vision and hearing tests, and educate employees about medical surveillance programs for exposures or health risks.
- Administer work-related and international travel immunizations while offering guidance on health concerns, including bloodborne pathogen exposure.
- Deliver health promotion activities and support employees with occupational injuries, illnesses, and mental health concerns, making appropriate referrals as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to workers’ compensation, medical procedures, and work restrictions.
- Contribute to policy and procedural updates, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and support training efforts for team members.
Qualifications
- Active RN license
- Experience in phlebotomy and direct patient care, with knowledge of OSHA guidelines and workers’ compensation procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and confidentially.
Pay: $46.79/hr + $4.93/hr H&W
