Your Role
As an LPN, you’ll deliver both direct and indirect skilled nursing care under the guidance of a registered nurse (RN). You’ll play a key role in ensuring high-quality, compassionate patient care and supporting clinical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care aligned with the individualized plan of care under RN supervision
- Accurately record patient observations and vital measurements
- Administer prescribed medications according to physician orders
- Collaborate effectively with the broader healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
- Adhere to infection control policies and safety procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current Ohio LPN license (IV certification required for bedside roles)
- CPR certification (or must be obtained within 30 days of hire)
- At least one year of LPN experience preferred
- Proficient in medication administration and general clinical skills
