The Nurse Residency Program offers a structured and supportive environment for new nurses to develop their skills and transition smoothly into their professional careers. The program coincides with the unit you are hired into. Target audience: Goal: To support new graduate nurses in their transition from novice nurse to competent nurse through professional development.
Shifts: 0.8 FTE working Day/Night (some 12-hour shifts or D/E availability)
Current nursing student OR
Recent graduate of an accredited nursing program OR
Starting first RN position with Essentia Health within one year of graduation.
Nursing license in state of employment.
Up to $10,000 (ADN)/$15,000 (BSN) Sign on Bonus
