The Arc Western Montana, a non-profit organization that provides residential and day services for adults with developmental disabilities, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee the nursing health care of clients in a medical group home. As a nurse with The Arc, you will have the unique opportunity to apply your nursing skills in a small setting and work with a small team of multidisciplinary care providers. You will work in an environment that lets you slow down and spend time really getting to know our clients and their needs.

• Base Pay : $35.00/hr

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct nursing care
• Monthly assessments on clients
• Attending client medical appointments
• Medication administration and orders
• Documentation and record keeping
• Provide triage for clients living in other group homes
Work Schedule:
• 12 hour shifts - Overnights required

• Full-time: 36 hours

Requirements
What We're Looking For:
• Compassionate & Respectful: Passion for helping others.
• Reliable: Dependability is crucial.
• Driver License: Have held a valid driver license for five (5) years with a relatively clean record for the last three (3) years.
• Education: Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Montana
• Background Check: Must pass all required checks.
• Communication Skills: Effective in English, including electronic communication.
• Drug Testing: Required as per Montana State Law.
Salary Description
$35.00
