+ Radius Rule: 50-mile radius applies

Requirements:

+ Active TN State or Compact Registered Nurse License if applicable

+ 2 years of experience as an OR Registered Nurse (RN)

+ Valid BLS certification

+ Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing

+ Additional certifications may be required
