Position Summary:

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to work overnight shifts in our DDD patients’ homes. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our patients receive the highest standard of care during the night, with a focus on safety, comfort, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care and treatment to patients according to their care plans.
• Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes in condition or concerns.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by the attending physician.
• Document all nursing interventions and patient observations accurately in the medical records.
• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team, patients, and their families.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for both patients and staff.
• Provide emotional support and comfort to patients during nighttime hours.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with valid state licensure.
