Lead the surgical environment by expertly managing both scrub and circulating functions to ensure a seamless, sterile, and safe operative experience for every patient.

Collaborate as a primary surgical partner by assisting physicians with critical tasks—including wound exposure and suturing—to ensure precise clinical outcomes and patient stability.
Drive clinical readiness by meticulously preparing the operating suite and specialized instrumentation, ensuring the team has everything required to provide life-saving care without delay.
Ensure documentation excellence by capturing the patient's surgical story in real-time, maintaining high-quality records that support long-term recovery and institutional standards.
