Hanker Systems Inc is seeking a local contract nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a local contract nursing job in Napa, California.

Unit Details
- Unit: Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
- Patient Ratio: 1:2
- Patient Population: Adults & Geriatrics
- Beds: 20 | Average Census: 10
- Floating: Required to similar ICU units
- Weekend Requirement: Every other
- On-Call: Yes
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license (CA license required; no pending licenses)
- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (required)
- Experience caring for ventilated and critically ill patients
- Preferred Epic charting experience
Clinical Experience Required
- Ventilator management and respiratory support
- Care of high-acuity ICU patients
- Sepsis, respiratory failure, trauma, ESRD, and COVID patients
- Advanced equipment experience preferred:
- CRRT (Prismaflex)
- EVD
- IABP
- Impella
- CABG recovery
Schedule & Pay Details
- Shift: 3x12 Nights -19:00-07:30an
Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off once every two weeks
