**What You'll Do:**
+ Monitor and control access to the property, verifying credentials and authorizations for entry to help maintain a secure environment for tenants, visitors, and vendors.
+ Provide customer service by assisting tenants and visitors with questions, directions, and site-specific information, while upholding property rules and regulations.
+ Carry out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, responding to incidents or emergencies in a calm, problem-solving manner.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity or suspicious behavior.
+ Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and maintenance needs according to Allied Universal and client protocols.
+ Collaborate with property management and local authorities as needed to address incidents, emergencies, and/or service requests.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
