Job Title: Superintendent

Location: East Brunswick, NJ

Salary: $140K-$150K + Benefits

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established General Contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality commercial interior construction projects across New Jersey. With a consistent pipeline of work, they are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join their growing team.

The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities for commercial interior projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of commercial construction protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily on-site operations for commercial interior construction projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA standards
• Maintain project schedules and proactively address delays or challenges
• Oversee quality control and ensure work meets project specifications
• Implement and monitor ICRA (Infection Control Risk Assessment) procedures
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders
• Conduct regular site meetings and progress reporting
• Ensure proper documentation of site activities

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, preferably in commercial interiors
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction standards
• Proven ability to manage schedules and multiple subcontractors
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
