Requirements:

• Current RN license.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in LTC or skilled nursing.
• Experience in teaching, mentoring, or clinical education preferred.
• BLS required; additional certifications (ACLS, PALS) as appropriate.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs and training for nursing staff.
• Conduct orientation and ongoing competency assessments for new and existing staff.
• Mentor and coach nursing personnel to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify educational needs and improve patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as a clinical resource for staff on complex patient care issues.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff performance evaluations.
