Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Florida license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

A minimum of 12 months acute care experience in the United States is required. Unit experience must include 12 continuous months.

Cath Lab/EP

Start: 7/28 or 8/4

Shift: Days (Monday-Friday plus call in afternoons and on weekends with holiday rotation- 30min response time)

Requirements: 5 years of experience preferred.

Florida Statute requires 500 hours experience at an Cardiothoracic surgical site, or 500 hours experience at a facility the performs more than 500 PCIs per year.

Please note AHCA is required for all CHS placements
