You’ll work alongside a hands-on, experienced DVM owner who is deeply committed to Fear Free, low-stress handling and building long-term relationships with both clients and staff. This is an ideal role for a veterinarian who wants to practice high-quality medicine without corporate pressure.

Schedule & Work-Life Balance

Hospital Hours

• Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Sunday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

🕒 Full-time schedule typically consists of 4 × 10-hour shifts per week

🔄 Saturdays rotate occasionally to support balance and flexibility

Compensation & Benefits

💰 Base Salary: $135,000 – $175,000 (DOE)

📈 Production Bonus: 23%+ with no negative accrual

🎁 Sign-on Bonus Available
