**Job Title: Welder | 1st shift or 2nd shift | $18-$23 | Salem, OH**
**Job Description**
We are seeking skilled welders proficient in MIG or TIG welding for our 1st (7:00 AM - 4:30 PM) or 2nd shift (4:30 PM - 1:30 AM) positions. You will be responsible for MIG welding on aluminum or steel, production welding, and some fab shop welding. The role involves interpreting blueprints, setting up welding machines, and utilizing robotic welders as needed.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform MIG welding on aluminum or steel.
+ Engage in production welding and fabrication shop welding.
+ Interpret and read blueprints, drawings, calipers, tape measures, and angle gauges.
+ Set up welding machines based on job specifications and welding procedures.
+ Utilize robotic welders as needed.
+ Fit products to blueprint specifications.
**Essential Skills**
+ 3+ years of MIG or TIG welding experience, with a preference for aluminum welding.
+ Proficiency in blueprint interpretation.
+ Experience with structural steel or aluminum.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, calipers, tape measures, and angle gauges.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
