  • Take and issue service tickets for building services and problems
  • Track Contractor List for access cards expiration dates
  • Backup Facilities Coordinator and mailroom as needed

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Greet and check in guests as they come into the building

+ Use Badge Pass System to scan their personal information and print daily badges

+ Answer incoming calls and forward to appropriate individuals

+ Able to response to building emergencies

+ Screen incoming delivery personal before allowing access

+ Uses Kastle access control system to program cards.

+ Takes and issues services tickets for building services and problems; too cold/hot calls, issues with restrooms, etc....

+ Tracks Contractor List for access cards expiration dates, extend with approval or let expire.

+ Backup Facilities Coordinator and mailroom as needed

Qualifications:
