Currency Exchange International is seeking a proactive, results-driven, and organized Executive Assistant to provide confidential administrative support for the President and Chief Executive Officer, as well as other members of the Executive Leadership and the Board of Directors. Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar of meetings and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate travel plans including flight arrangements, hotel bookings, reservations, ground transportation and any necessary visa arrangements
  • Manage the CEO’s flight and hotel benefits, memberships and subscriptions
  • Arrange meetings with internal and external parties
  • Track and submit business and personal expenses for reimbursements on behalf of the CEO
  • Provide general administrative and personal support for the CEO
  • Prepare memos, correspondence, reports and presentations as required
  • Support the Corporate Secretary with the coordination of board meetings and related logistics
  • Support the Executive Leadership Team and the Board of Directors with travel arrangements, calendar management and expense submission
  • Assist in organizing CEO’s Town Halls
  • Supports the Corporate Secretary with various corporate responsibilities, the organization of employee engagement activities and management of Toronto and Orlando condos
  • Coordinate investor meetings as directed by the CEO and/or CFO and maintain appropriate records
  • Manage the reception area to ensure effective in person and mail communications both internally and externally to maintain professional image
  • Collection and distribution of incoming mail throughout the office
  • Monitor and replenish supplies
  • Maintains a clean, organized, and fully supplied office and work environment to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business (or related) field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with providing administrative support to a senior level executive

Currency Exchange International is looking for a proactive, results-driven, and organized professional to the join the team as an Executive Assistant at our office in Orlando, FL!


Description: The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing confidential administrative support for the President and Chief Executive Officer, other members of the Corporation’s Executive Leadership and the Board of Directors.


Reporting to the Corporate Secretary, the Executive Assistant will primarily be responsible for complex calendar management, travel arrangements, expense management and general administrative support for the CEO and other members of the Executive Leadership team. The Executive Assistant will also oversee front office activities such as the reception area, assisting with incoming and outgoing mail, fulfilling purchase requests and supply replenishment. They will be responsible for assisting and maintaining coordination of office services and related activities for the department to keep the business operations running smoothly.


Essential Functions:


CEO Support Duties:

  • Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar of meetings and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate travel plans including flight arrangements, hotel bookings, reservations, ground transportation and any necessary visa arrangements
  • Manage the CEO’s flight and hotel benefits, memberships and subscriptions
  • Arrange meetings with internal and external parties
  • Track and submit business and personal expenses for reimbursements on behalf of the CEO,
  • Provide general administrative and personal support for the CEO
  • Prepare memos, correspondence, reports and presentations as required


Other Support Duties:

  • Support the Corporate Secretary with the coordination of board meetings and related logistics (location, catering arrangements and dinner reservations)
  • Support the Executive Leadership Team and the Board of Directors with travel arrangements, calendar management and expense submission
  • Assist in organizing CEO’s Town Halls
  • Supports the Corporate Secretary with various corporate responsibilities (records management, shareholder management, annual meeting arrangements), the organization of employee engagement activities (office BBQ, Holiday parties etc.) and management of Toronto and Orlando condos
  • Coordinate investor meetings as directed by the CEO and/or CFO and maintain appropriate records


General Office Management Duties

  • Collection and distribution of incoming mail throughout the office

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position. Days of work are Monday through Friday. Evening hours and occasional but less frequent weekend work may be necessary.
