One of the world's TOP hedge funds is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide administrative and organizational support for C-Level executives! The ideal candidate has 3-5 years direct experience supporting senior management in a fast-paced, demanding environment and is extremely well-organized, adaptable, attentive, and a strong problem-solver. This individual will serve as liaison between the Executive(s) and business colleagues at all levels, so they must be able to effectively communicate with both internal and external audiences. Those capable of managing a number of projects simultaneously will be very successful in this role.
This role is to be based in the firm's Midtown Manhattan location and is 5 days on-site. The firm's compensation and benefits packages are extremely competitive and there are a ton of perks! This role is also O/T eligible.
Responsibilities
• Help senior executives prioritize their time, ensuring critical matters are tended to and potential scheduling conflicts are handled proactively
• Manage guest registration, facilities/space planning, team outings and events, and the onboarding of new employees
• Work with internal travel department to help create complete travel itineraries for executives
• Answer calls daily; manage and organize files
• Perform other duties as assigned
