The Executive Assistant at Sunrise Brands provides direct support to the Executive Leadership members, including the CEO, across all company internal and external constituencies. Responsibilities

  • Facilitates communication flow between all team members and CEO.
  • Manages both personal and professional tasks to ensure seamless support for the CEO.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts; and oversees special projects.
  • Plans, coordinates, and ensures the CEO’s schedule is followed and respected.
  • Manages and books all travel for the CEO as needed.
  • Communicates directly to and on behalf of the CEO.
  • Proactively completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach.
  • Provides all necessary administrative assistance for the CEO.
  • Drives special projects or business analysis as requested by the CEO.
  • Accurately tracks, processes and submits expense reports on time for the CEO.
  • Assists with travel arrangements for the CEO and her teams, as requested.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
  • 3-5 years experience supporting C-Level Executives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to write detailed and complex correspondence
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple and competing projects
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms

Having direct reporting responsibilities to the CEO, the Executive Assistant provides direct support to the Executive Leadership members within the organization. The scope of the position branches her support to all Company internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining.


Essential Executive Support


● Serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters

pertaining to, including the CEO and her RTW divisions. Facilitates communication flow between all

team members and CEO.

● This position involves managing both personal and professional tasks, ensuring seamless support to handle personal responsibilities, allowing the CEO to concentrate on business priorities.

● Must maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information such as financial data,

personal records, and business strategies.

● Coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts; and oversees special projects.

● Plans, coordinates, and ensures the CEO’s schedule is followed and respected. Provides “gatekeeper” and “gateway” role, creating win-win situations for direct access to the CEO’s time and office.

● Manages and books all travel for the CEO as needed.

● Communicates directly to and on behalf of the CEO, keeping them well informed by anticipating

commitments, needs, challenges and responsibilities with absolute follow-up performance initiatives, confidentiality, a sense of urgency, and accountability for appropriate direction.

● Proactively completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting emails or letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the CEO’s ability to successfully lead the company.

● Provides all necessary administrative assistance that is needed for the CEO. For example, expense

processing, filing.

● Drives special projects or business analysis as requested by the CEO.

● Accurately tracks, processes and submits expense reports on time for the CEO.

● Assists with travel arrangements for the CEO and her teams, as requested.

Bachelor’s Degree Preferred

3-5 years experience supporting C-Level Executives with a proven track record of tenure.

This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills as required with demonstrated ability to use effective and appropriate communication throughout all business interactions. The position requires the ability to write detailed and complex correspondence.

This position requires not only the support of the CEO but of all her corresponding teams that report directly to her.

This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple and competing projects on a continuous basis. Ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion,and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms.

Working Conditions:

Computer terminal use 6 hours per day

Ability to safely lift up to 25 lbs without assistance

This job will require that you work form our office in New York, NY, weekdays during
