  • Arrange travel logistics including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for the CEO.
  • Ensure travel plans align with the CEO's schedule and business objectives.
  • Maintain and organize confidential files, documents, and records.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings.

Qualifications

Required

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
