  • Redlining documents via Litera Compare for Word.
  • Redacting and numbering via Adobe.
  • Organizing documents for working files/binders for attorneys.
  • Prepare exhibits for court filings per court rules of formatting.
  • Client intake via Intapp Open, which includes submission of new matters, conflict requests, preparing engagement letters.
  • Processing expense reimbursements.
  • Submitting invoices for payment via MatterExpert.
  • Support attorney monthly billing.
  • Overflow and support to Reception and Office Services Department.
  • Ad hoc assignments upon request.

Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum of two to three years of administrative support experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and electronic document management systems.
  • Experience with iManage is preferred.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, flexibility, organizational skills, and the ability to be proactive.

Preferred
