- 3-5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting multiple senior level/C Level executives. Prior experience in the management consulting industry or professional services firm is ideal.

- A detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to complete projects with minimal direction or oversight.

- Strong interpersonal skills and keen ability to juggle numerous executives and personalities at the same time.

- A team player capable of cultivating productive working relationships across the organization, whether it be virtually or in-person.

- Energetic and thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a high degree of flexibility.

- Strong organizational skills, elevated prioritizing and multi-tasking skills.

- Advanced technical skills with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Salesforce and Workday knowledge are a plus.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.

- Must be an expert in heavy calendar management and possess the ability to triage requests to ensure a timely response. Coordinate internal and external meetings, set up conference calls and in-house training/meetings (arrange conference room set up, catering, and audio-visual equipment).

- Time and expense report preparation and submission.

- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports and presentations, ensuring all conform to Firm standard formats.

- Familiarity with online travel tools and experience arranging complex domestic and international travel itineraries.

- Performs special projects and/or other administrative functions to support the business as assigned or proactively performed.

Flexibility to work overtime hours as needed.

The estimated base salary range for this job is $65,000-$90,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $60,500-$82,500. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
