  • Submits purchase orders, invoices and credit card reconciliations for processing on a periodic basis.
  • Organizes employee personnel and medical records according to organizational best practices.

  • Provides assistance to the Department with any personnel, benefits and payroll inquiries as needed.
  • Participates in the planning and coordination of associate recognition events, activities, and engagement programs.
  • Provides ongoing support to the community, associates and other departments as required.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

  • Associates Degree in Human Resources or equivalent preferred
  • Human Resources Professional certifications preferred
  • Minimum of one year relative experience, preferably in a long term care setting
