Key Responsibilities:Patient Management:
- Greet and check-in patients upon arrival.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Maintain and update patient records in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Assist patients with insurance documentation and billing inquiries.
Administrative Support:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.
- Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.
Office Coordination:
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth office operations.
- Assist with the preparation of patient charts and ensure accurate filing.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Customer Service:
- Provide friendly and efficient service to patients and visitors.
- Address patient inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers.
Qualifications:Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate's degree or certification in office administration or related field preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

RequirementsEducation/Credentials:- High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:- 3-5 years directly related job experience.
