We are looking for a Maintenance Technician for a manufacturing company specializing in plastic molding and packaging solutions. This position offers openings on both day and night shifts with a 3-2-2 rotational schedule:

• Day Shift: 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
• Night Shift: 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.

• Maintain a “safety first” attitude, ensuring compliance with OSHA and company safety policies, including LOTO, GMP, ARC Flash, and PPE usage.
• Diagnose and repair manufacturing machinery, including plastic molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and robots.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, PLC, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Assemble, install, and repair electrical and electronic components, pipe systems, and other machinery.
• Install and repair electrical apparatus such as transformers and robots.
• Work with outside vendors to order spare parts and supplies.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
• Repair air leaks on equipment and conduct routine safety and environmental inspections.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while ensuring compliance with GMP, food safety, and quality regulations.
• Assist other teams with open tasks and projects as needed.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of manufacturing maintenance experience and/or training.

• Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of electrical controls, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues independently.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Must provide a basic set of tools.

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must be 18 years or older.
