Machine Operator – First Shift ($20-$21 Per Hour)

We are seeking a Machine Operator for a temporary, first-shift position lasting three to six months with a competitive pay rate of $20 to $21 per hour. This role involves operating CNC milling machining centers in a dynamic manufacturing environment. It is a great opportunity to gain more experience in CNC operation.

Hours: 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. or with overtime 5:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Machine Operator Essential Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC milling machining centers.
• Interpret and work from complex manufacturing drawings, blueprints, and part specifications.
• Monitor machine operation to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Identify and document non-conformances during inspection of component parts.
• Complete accurate documentation as required.

Machine Operator Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years of machine operation experience with a metal fabricator, or an associate degree in machining preferred.
• Strong mathematical, time management, technical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to exhibit good work habits and leadership when required to meet deadlines.
